Return & Refund Policy: Because all CrystalPureArt crystals are custom-made and personalized using the customer’s photo and selected options, all personalized products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with personalization details provided by the customer.

We accept claims for products that arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error caused by CrystalPureArt.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer. When the return of a defective product is required, CrystalPureArt will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the claim has been approved.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by CrystalPureArt.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the issue is caused by CrystalPureArt.
